For the stay in Namur, we have some arrangements with hotels ans guests houses and we can provide you a complete list.
For the stay in Turnhout, rooms are still reserved for your use. let us know.
About transportation
Please, specify your needs in registration form.
We can insure shuttles between main airports or stations.
We organize the transfert of foreign delegations between the two days.
Fees
Participation for two days is free of charge (except for social event and dinner 19th evening in Turnhout, 40 euros)
Accommodation and travel aren't taken in charge by organizators.
